Metal Forming Workshop
The metal forming workshop is the starting point of stainless-steel drinkware production. It is responsible for preparing and shaping the main cup body before welding, vacuum insulation and surface finishing. The accuracy of this stage directly affects the product’s structure, mouth size, body shape and later assembly stability.
This workshop combines tube drawing, hydroforming, necking and automated production lines, allowing the factory to handle both standard tumbler structures and customized bottle shapes.
Tube Drawing Machines
The tube drawing machines are used to process stainless-steel tubes into stable semi-finished parts for further forming. This step helps control wall structure and prepares the material for later shaping. The equipment supports an output of over 18,000 pcs.
Hydroforming Machines
Hydroforming machines are used to shape the cup body through pressure forming. They are suitable for more complex drinkware shapes and help improve dimensional consistency. The equipment supports over 28,000 pcs, with capacity expandable for larger production arrangements.
Necking Machines
Necking machines are used to process the cup mouth and upper body structure. They support different mouth widths and product designs, with capacity reaching around 13,000 sets depending on product structure.
Automated Production Lines
The workshop has 3 automated production lines with 21 machines. These lines help control exterior and inner-body tolerance, reduce manual handling and improve production consistency. They are especially suitable for large-volume drinkware orders.
Vacuum Insulation Workshop
The vacuum insulation workshop is a core production area for thermal drinkware. After the stainless-steel body is formed and welded, the vacuum process creates the insulating layer between the inner and outer walls of the product. This stage directly affects heat retention, cold retention and overall product performance.
For insulated bottles, tumblers and thermal cups, vacuum processing is one of the most important steps in determining product reliability. Strong vacuum capacity allows the factory to support large-volume thermal drinkware programs while maintaining stable insulation performance across production batches.
Vacuum Machines
The workshop is equipped with 3 vacuum machines, supporting capacity of up to around 30,000 pcs. This gives the factory strong processing capability for insulated bottles, tumblers and thermal cups, especially for large retail and customized drinkware programs.
Positioning & Clamping Fixtures
Positioning and clamping fixtures help hold parts in place during welding. They improve alignment, reduce batch variation and make the welding process more stable when handling different cup structures.
Spray Painting Workshop
The spray painting workshop is responsible for liquid coating and color finishing on drinkware products. It supports customized colors, seasonal color collections, promotional programs and retail product lines that require consistent exterior appearance across batches.
This workshop plays an important role in the visual presentation of finished drinkware. By using automated coating equipment, the factory can improve color consistency, reduce manual variation and support repeated color programs for customers who need stable appearance from sample approval to bulk production.
Automatic Spray Painting Line
The automatic spray painting line improves color consistency and coating efficiency compared with manual application. It is suitable for regular single-color coating and customized surface programs, with capacity reaching around 12,000 pcs.
Powder Coating Workshop
The powder coating workshop provides durable surface finishing for stainless-steel drinkware. It is widely used for matte, textured and solid-color finishes, especially for outdoor, sports, travel and retail drinkware collections that require a stronger surface feel.
Compared with regular liquid coating, powder coating can create a more durable and premium exterior effect for selected product requirements. This workshop helps customers develop drinkware collections with better hand feel, stronger visual identity and more stable batch production.
Automatic Powder Coating Line
The automatic powder coating line supports stable coating quality and efficient batch output. It helps create a stronger surface feel and more durable finish for selected product requirements, with capacity reaching around 15,000 pcs.
5D Printing Workshop
The 5D printing workshop supports high-quality logo and artwork customization for branded drinkware programs. It is mainly used for colorful logos, full-color graphics, promotional artwork, retail patterns and special raised logo effects on curved drinkware surfaces.
Compared with standard single-color decoration, 5D printing gives customers more flexibility in visual branding. It can present richer colors, clearer artwork details and more dimensional logo effects, making it suitable for retail collections, promotional projects and customized OEM/ODM drinkware programs that require stronger shelf appeal.
UV Printers
The workshop is equipped with 8 UV printers for curved surface decoration and full-color logo application. These machines support colorful logos, detailed artwork, raised logo effects and faster sample development, helping customers achieve more flexible and visually distinctive branding on bottles, tumblers and thermal cups.
Laser Engraving Workshop
The laser engraving workshop supports precise and durable logo decoration on stainless-steel drinkware. It is suitable for simple brand logos, minimalist artwork, corporate gifts, premium collections and customized retail programs that require a clean and long-lasting decoration effect.
Laser engraving is especially useful for projects that need fast customization, stable logo quality and a more permanent finish. It helps create a refined branding effect while supporting efficient production for repeated logo orders.
Laser Engraving Machines
The workshop is equipped with 12 laser engraving machines. Laser engraving creates a permanent decoration effect on stainless-steel surfaces and is suitable for fast customization, clean line artwork and stable logo quality across production batches.
