Established in 2006, Ningbo Syloon Stationery Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of office and stationery products. Over the years, the company has evolved into an integrated manufacturing base with diversified product categories and production capabilities, covering bags, paper products, metal pens and other stationery items.
With a production center covering 40,000 m², Syloon houses 8 specialized workshops including Offset Printing, Paper Products, Metal Pen, Sewing, Injection, Printing, Painting Workshop, and Assembling. This enables an efficient and well-rounded production system, providing customers with a one-stop sourcing experience while effectively controlling cost, quality, and delivery time.
Additionally, the 11,000 m² storage space, modern management system, and warehousing system equipped with 7,000 storage units are among Syloon’s key competitive advantages.
The introduction and application of advanced equipment such as the Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 75, Roland 4-Color Printer, Kodak CTP, HORAUF Book Case-making Machine, BindEx Gathering Machine, Special Sewing Machine, and 3D printer continue to accelerate automation in the production center, enhancing both efficiency and product quality.
To help protect our customers' brands and reputations, each batch of products is monitored and tested according to diverse client test protocols and company quality management requirements, supported by an in-house lab and QA team, which is SGS-CSTC China QTL accredited.
In alignment with ESG principles and sustainability strategies, Syloon enforces a strict BPA-free policy to ensure employee safety.

Printing Workshop
Syloon's Printing Workshop specializes in surface printing and decoration processes for stationery, packaging and gift products. Equipped with high-precision printing equipment, the workshop integrates various techniques including digital printing, screen printing and pad printing. Through precise color control and consistent process management, it delivers clear, refined and highly consistent surface finishes to meet global brands' requirements for customized product designs and visual presentation.
Assembling Workshop
The Assembling Workshop operates 11 professional production lines with 110 skilled workers, covering diverse assembly and packaging processes to ensure precise stationery assembly and efficient delivery. Leveraging automation and standardized workflows, we provide clients with reliable, secure, and high-quality packaging solutions.
Internal Laboratory
Syloon Stationery operates the first SGS-certified laboratory in the stationery industry, providing professional in-house testing throughout product development, pre-production validation and ongoing production control.
Our testing capabilities include writing performance tests, tensile strength tests, salt spray tests, abrasion resistance tests and transport vibration tests. Each test follows defined internal standards and documented procedures, with results reviewed by our quality team and shared directly with product development and production.
This integrated process helps us identify potential risks earlier, verify corrective actions and improve product consistency before shipment.
