Your Global Partner for Licensed Products
With expertise across the licensed product process, we support clients worldwide from design and licensor approvals to production and delivery. Our Strengths
End-to-End Confidentiality
Confidentiality is the first requirement of any licensed product project. Before an IP product reaches the market, artwork files, style guides, 3D references, packaging concepts, sample photos, and development records must be protected carefully.
MAXLINK manages licensed projects with controlled access from the beginning. We can support NDA-based cooperation, limited internal project access, restricted sample circulation, and controlled photography during development and production. For sensitive programs, samples and project materials can also be returned, stored, or destroyed according to agreed procedures.
This helps protect pre-launch designs and gives IP partners confidence that their assets are handled within a secure development and production chain.
Factory Compliance Readiness
For licensed programs, supplier qualification is not limited to product capability. The factory also needs to meet audit, social compliance, documentation, and program-specific requirements before production can move forward.
MAXLINK owns and operates qualified factories with experience in licensed-product development and production. Our facilities are prepared to support factory audits, compliance documentation, supplier qualification procedures, and program-specific approval requirements, helping licensees reduce the time and effort needed to verify a new production partner.
For IP partners managing multiple licensed programs, working with a supplier that already has qualified factory resources makes the process much smoother. From project briefing to production approval, we help keep the program aligned with compliance expectations, documentation needs, and licensing workflow requirements.
Character Fidelity in 3D
Character products require a high level of visual accuracy. It is not enough to place artwork on a product. The expression, proportion, posture, surface detail, and overall personality of the character must feel right.
MAXLINK supports both 2D and 3D design translation. Based on the client’s IP assets and style guide, our team can develop product concepts, 3D structures, sculpted details, and sample refinements. For character-shaped drinkware or decorative product elements, we pay close attention to form accuracy, facial expression, color relationship, and production feasibility.
This is especially important for licensed products where the final product must preserve the recognizability and emotional value of the original IP.
IP Workflow Expertise
Licensed product development follows a specific approval rhythm. Artwork review, design direction, prototype sampling, strike-off approval, packaging review, pre-production sample confirmation, and final production sign-off all need to happen in the right sequence.
MAXLINK understands this workflow and prepares projects accordingly. We help partners organize design proposals, review samples, production references, and approval materials so each stage can move forward with fewer repeated explanations.
For licensees, this means less time spent teaching the supplier how IP projects work, and more time focused on selecting the right product direction and moving the program toward market launch.
Color Matching & Surface Control
Licensed products often depend on precise color and surface execution. Character colors, brand tones, coating effects, print placement, engraving depth, and surface texture must remain consistent from approval sample to mass production.
MAXLINK controls these details through material review, color reference matching, printing process selection, surface treatment checks, and production QC. Whether the project involves full-wrap graphics, molded color parts, printed characters, coated finishes, or engraved details, we focus on keeping the approved visual standard stable across the full production run.
This level of control is especially important when small color or surface differences can affect brand consistency, product approval, and final market acceptance.
