Equipped with 12 professional sewing lines and a daily output of up to 20,000 pieces, the workshop provides reliable large-scale production capacity. Through standardized processes and efficient production management, it flexibly accommodates products with different structures, sizes, and materials, ensuring stable delivery performance and scalable manufacturing support for customers.
Advanced Manufacturing Equipment
Powered by advanced manufacturing equipment, including JUKI industrial sewing machines, Brother direct-drive lockstitch machines, RICOMA embroidery machines, and LIFENG four-column cutting presses, the workshop covers key processes from cutting and sewing to embroidery and fnishing. Combined with experienced operators, these capabilities ensure stable production, precise workmanship, and consistent quality across complex designs and diverse materials.

Supported by an in-house sample room and product development team, the workshop quickly responds to market trends, emerging materials, and customized requirements. Versatile Decoration & Finishing
With comprehensive decoration and finishing capabilities, the workshop supports a wide range of techniques, including PU digital printing, PU foil stamping, fabric sublimation, fabric foil stamping, screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, flocking, and quilting. The combination of diverse materials, textures, and decorative effects enables distinctive product solutions with enhanced brand value and customization flexibility.
