Cleanroom Production Environment
Operating in a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment, the workshop is equipped with dedicated workstation exhaust systems, three-stage fltration, and 35,000 m³/H air extraction capacity to effectively control dust and airborne contaminants. Combined with stable air pressure control and precision coating equipment, the system delivers uniform coverage, strong adhesion, and refined surface finishes, meeting demanding requirements for premium appearance and batch-to-batch consistency.

With the capacity to process up to 4,000 pens per batch, the workshop supports stable production for high-volume and multi-batch orders.
